Announcement of International OPEN Tender: Strengthening capacities for energy efficiency in buildings in Latin America (CEELA) – inception phase and Phase 1

 

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) calls on specialized organizations or consortia of specialized organizations to submit their bids to implement the Inception Phase and Phase 1 of the Project “Strengthening capacities for energy efficiency in buildings in Latin America – CEELA”.

The overall objective of CEELA is to reduce energy consumption in new buildings in Latin America, with a particular focus on warm climate zones, by strengthening capacities for designing buildings with energy efficiency and thermal comfort (EETC) and for using appropriate technologies and materials competently.

This international open tender will select an organization or consortium that will implement the CEELA’s Inception Phase (November 2019 – February 2020) and subject to the SDC approval will implement the CEELA’s Phase 1 (March 2020 – February 2023) in Colombia, Ecuador (to be determined), Mexico and Peru.
