Summary: Organized in the French Pavilion on 10 November 2017, the French Development Agency (AFD), The French Environment and Energy Management Agency (ADEME), and the German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) launched the Programme for Energy Efficiency in Buildings, in the presence of high level representatives of GABC member countries.
