ADME may lead or contribute to efforts in Djibouti to establish a national/local action plan and report progress to the well-below 2C pathway. In support of progress towards a fair and harmonized measurement system basis to close the information gap and to support policy and investment with Measurable, Reportable, and Verifiable (MRV) data, ADME can integrate GlobalABC best-practice into ADME's policy development and implementation activities.

Activity related to low GHG and energy consumption and resilient buildings

ADME can serve as a platform in Djibouti for raising awareness, gathering stakeholders, and transmitting GlobalABC key messages and publications to accomplish a zero-emission, efficient, and resilient buildings and construction sector. In its role for developing energy efficiency policy and as a policy implementer ADME may support GlobalABC's efforts to develop capacity and to implement comprehensive building efficiency strategies and policies in order to decarbonize the buildings and construction sector in Djibouti.
